Celebrating Baby Sol

We are excited, blessed, and patiently waiting for the arrival of our beautiful baby Sol. My intention for her baby shower was celebration. Celebration of life. Celebration of a new season. Celebration of the abundance to come with her arrival. Of course I wanted huge bright yellow sunflowers everywhere. Then one day, the idea of a harvest theme came to me while doing some design brainstorming, and it felt so right. I hope you enjoy some photos of our baby celebration and find a little inspiration for your own current celebrations. Let me just quickly fast forward a little to the next day after the baby shower and the joy God brought the next day.

The Sunday after, I had the honor to hear Peter de Jesus preach. He preached on the ending of the Jewish holiday Rosh Hashanah and the beginning of the Jewish New Year, which he continued to proclaim as a year of Harvest. Harvest!! A time to reap what had been sown. I time to receive the blessings and pour into generations before and after you. A new season free of a bonded mindset and to be delivered into our purpose. The harvest baby shower theme was no accident, and the life that Sol is going to bring into this season is already being celebrated. It’s a time for an increase in our lives, and I am declaring the same for your life as well. I hope you read this with encouragement and faith that God is working in your life. You are not working for your value, you are already valuable and meant to be celebrated. May this New Year be a year of increase for you. A year of abundance. A year of celebration. A year of flowing water.

If you have a vision, go after it. If you see a constant dream, take action toward it and pray it into creation. Claim yourself worthy and receiving of a blessed and abundant life.
